Background of the Study
Urbanization, characterized by population growth and expansion of cities, presents both opportunities and challenges. Lokoja Local Government Area (LGA), Kogi State, is experiencing rapid urbanization, leading to issues such as housing shortages, traffic congestion, and environmental degradation.
